Focus and Scope

La Rivista Storica delle Terre Adriatiche ospita contributi scientifici di autori italiani e stranieri, in lingua italiana o nelle principali lingue estere (francese, inglese, tedesco e spagnolo) riguardanti la storia delle istituzioni politiche, delle dottrine, degli istituti giuridici e della storia linguistica con particolare riferimento alle relazioni tra ‘sponde’ adriatiche in età medievale, moderna e contemporanea. La composizione del comitato scientifico, con la presenza di studiosi italiani e stranieri e una scrupolosa politica di peer-reviewing garantiscono la qualità dei contributi pubblicati.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Reviewers will be selected by the Section Editors from the members of the Scientific Committee, based on their expertise in the field relevant to the manuscript’s topic. If needed, external reviewers may also be contacted.

Publication Ethics

The “Rivista Storica delle Terre Adriatiche” is committed to adhering to all possible measures against publication malpractices and plagiarism. All authors submitting their manuscripts to the journal for publication, whether as original articles, short notes, reviews, or invited papers, must confirm that the submissions are based on their own contributions and have not been copied or plagiarized, either in whole or in part, from other works.
Submitted papers deemed relevant to the themes and objectives of “Rivista Storica delle Terre Adriatiche” will undergo two rounds of a fair double-blind peer-review process to prevent any potential conflicts of interest.
Any ethical violations should be promptly reported to the Editor in Chief, who will take the necessary actions.
