Leiza Brumat is a Research Fellow at the Migration Policy Centre (MPC) of the European University Institute (EUI). PhD in Social Sciences (FLACSO-Argentina), MA in Economic International Relations (Universitat de Barcelona), MA in International Relations and Negotiations (Universidad de San Andrés-Flacso Argentina). Her latest publications include Migration and Mobility in the European Union (with Andrew Geddes and Leila Hadj Abdou, Palgrave, 2020).

Victoria Finn researches migrant voting, (non)citizenship, political resocialization, and regional migration governance. She is a Visiting Doctoral Fellow at Tallinn University, Estonia, and a dual-PhD Candidate in Political Science at Universidad Diego Portales in Santiago, Chile, and in Humanities at Leiden University, the Netherlands. She also holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University. Her work has been published in Citizenship Studies, International Political Science Review, and Latin American Policy, among others.
