Questo lavoro, nella sua semplicità, affronta il tema più spinoso della contemporaneità. Avvenimenti come la Shoah, le guerre, l’attacco alle Torri gemelle fino alla malattia, alla sofferenza ed al male nella forma della perdita, del lutto, provocano domande inquietanti sul destino della civiltà e del soggetto. Il dolore nella sua fisicità delle sue piaghe ci getta nell’angoscia del perché? Auschwitz è il nome stesso del male. L’attuale scenario mondiale: uomini usati come proiettili contro altri uomini, l’orrore di Madrid,le immagini dei bambini di Beslan, i decapitati iracheni… fungono da catalizzatore del male in questi anni. Perché il male? Perché la sofferenza? Perché proprio a me? Perché è successo? Perché..? Sono domande che in questo arco di tempo che stiamo vivendo diventano pressanti e che cercano delle risposte anche da parte della psicologia.

This work, in its simplicity, faces the most important theme of contemporary life. Events such as the school, wars and the attempt to the Twin towers, sufferings and illness in the shape of loss, death, suggest a lot of questions abaut the destiny of civilizatio and man. The pain of the body leads us to ask the reasons for this? Auschwitz is the same of evil. The contemporary world scenary: man used as against other men, the horror of Madrid, the images of Beslam children, the Iraq beheaded are the representation of evil in these years. Why evil? Why suffering? Why just to me? What is all this happening? Why...? These are questions that in the time we are living are becoming unbearable and are to be answered even from the psychological point of view.
