Abstract
This paper presents the "Philosophy of Unknown” and “Joyschool Project: a new philosophy for the school”. The Unknown (both existential and practical) has become crippling for people due to the vanishing of a transcendent perspective and traditional certainties. The Generation of Unknown seeks refuge in consumer materialism in the frame of ethic nihilism and relativism which can be resolved only by a planned and conscious communitarian action requiring an authentic education through a “wake up and renaissance school”, a “school of joy” built upon a new philosophic basis.
